The ABONMAN program is especially suitable for private or business users who do not have a car but occasionally need car transportation, for those who occasionally want to leave their car in the garage and try driving other models, for those who need a bigger and more comfortable vehicle for longer trips or a small size economical vehicle for city drive. ABONMAN PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- . Autorent d.o.o is the initiator of the ABONMAN program (hereinafter Autorent) and the creator of the Prepaid Invoice, for all users registered on the Autorent site www.autorentdoo.com (hereinafter the Site). The Author reserves the right to change or cancel the program at any time and without prior notice.
- The user of the ABONMAN program can become any person over 21 years of age or a legal entity from Serbia and abroad, who during registration on the Site makes mandatory data available and accepts the terms of the ABONMAN program, prepayment condition and general terms and conditions for car rental.
- The user data provided during the registration on the Site will be used exclusively for the purpose of issuing prepay invoice and records of closed rentals within the paid amount. Personal data on users of the ABONMAN program will not be exchanged with other users, in accordance with the GDPR Law.
- The author issues prepay invoice for a period of validity up to 6 months from the date of payment. The unspent, prepaid amount is not refundable to the user and cannot be transferred to another person or to a new billing period.
- The user who makes the payment in the Republic of Serbia, pays the dinar amount to the dinar currency account of Autorent, and the user who makes the payment from abroad, pays the amount in euro currency to the foreign currency account of Autorent. Payment instructions are given on the prepaid invoice.
- The method of user registration, the conditions of ABONMAN program and the price list are described on the Site.
- Benefits and rental price of ABONMAN program cannot be combined with other programs.
- The user, an individual or legal person, may approve the use of prepayment for rentals that will be used by other drivers, based on a statement that he/she will write in free form and sign. In addition to the signature of the responsible person, the legal entity will also put the company's seal.
- Autorent may, at its own discretion and without prior notice, exclude any user from ABONMAN program. Autorent is obliged to inform the user about the program cancelation and return the remaining amount of the prepayment, if any. Autorent is not obliged to explain his decision to the user.
- Autorent will notify the user of any changes to the program terms and conditions, in an appropriate manner. The current terms and conditions are available on the Site.
