Rental Conditions
You must be at least 21 years of age
You must present a valid driving license issued at least two year previously. In case you hold China, Japan or other non-Latin alphabet driving license, you must additionally present an International driving license,
You must present proof of your identity (Passport or ID for residents)
You must present a valid credit card for deposit
Rental Duration
A minimum rental duration is 1 day (24 hours)
Pick Up & Drop off time must be the same. We tolerate 1 hour late Drop Off after which our rental software will automatically charge you a new rental day!
Deposit & Payment
Credit Card deposit is mandatory for all rentals. Debit cards or cash are not accepted for deposit. Rental charges are payable with credit card, debit card, cash or wire transfer to bank account, before rental pick up (pre-paid) or at drop-off, at your choice. For monthly or yearly rentals, we collect charges every 30 days.
Pick-Up & Drop – off
Pick up and drop off outside station and outside opening hours is possible. Fee apply.
Domestic One Way is possible at request. Fee apply.
International One Way is possible at request. Fee apply.
At the pick-up and drop-off time, you have to sign the vehicle condition form, to establish the vehicle condition prior and after rental. We advise you to check well, together with our staff.
Fuel Charge
Same level fuel policy apply at pick up and drop off. Missing fuel at drop off will be charged 3 euro/lit as well as 10 euro for refueling service.

Insurance and Waivers
CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) limitation of liability: This limitation of liability shall apply to damage to the rental vehicle, it's parts and accessories caused in a road/traffic accident. CDW limits Renter/Driver financial responsibility to the Excess Amount stated on the Rental Agreement, in case it is your fault. However, even in the case when you do not produce police report for the damage, you will be charged for the excess amount.
CDW Does not cover any damage to the interior of the rental vehicle, tire and wheel damage, damage to the underside of the vehicle, broken or lost keys or contamination of fuel, neither in event of deliberate intention or negligence. Any damages to these vehicle parts will be charged to Renters/drivers CC, regardless of fault, in full cost per official dealership price list at check in time.
Upon return of vehicle, condition shall be checked by Autorent representative together with renter/Driver and compared with the condition at rental pick up, as stated on the "Vehicle Condition Form". All possible changes shall be entered into the form and confirmed by both parties signatures. When failing to sign the "Vehicle Condition Form" and filling out the "Damage report" renter/driver accepts official dealership estimates on disputed damages.
TP (Theft protection/Waiver) limitation of liability:
This limitation shall apply in the case of loss of the rental vehicle it's parts and accessories (including tires, stereo equipment etc.) as a result of theft or attempted theft. TP limits Renter/Driver financial responsibility to the Excess Amount stated on the rental Agreement. However, if you do not produce police report for the theft, you will be responsible and you will be charged with the excess amount.
TP is not valid if the vehicle is left unlocked or the keys are left unattended with the vehicle.
SCDW (Super Collision Damage Waiver)
By accepting SCDW Renter Driver financial responsibility for accidental damage to the vehicle, it's parts and accessories, theft or attempted theft is reduced to zero. However, if you do not produce police report for the damage or theft, you will be responsible and you will be charged with the excess amount.
SCDW does not cover any damage to the interior of the rental vehicle, tire and wheel damage, damage to the underside of the vehicle, broken or lost keys or contamination of fuel, neither in event of deliberate intention or negligence. Any damages to these vehicle parts will be charged to Renters/drivers CC, regardless of fault, in full cost per official dealership price list at check in time.
Baggage insurance does not exist. Any liability for loss or damage to items placed or left in the rental vehicle shall be excluded to them extent permitted by law.
Police report is mandatory for each damage, theft or loss, regardless the insurance package purchased! Without the police report, client is responsible for excess or full coverage amount!
CONDUCT AFTER ACCIDENT, DAMAGE, THEFT OR LOSS
In case of such event Renter/Driver must do the following:
- Immediately inform the police (192) and Autorent. Follow their instruction.
- Take down all the details of any other parties involved.
- Complete an accident/damage report upon return of vehicle
- Upon the return of rental vehicle write down a brief statement explaining the course of events.
Restrictions and Unauthorized Use of the Vehicle
It is forbidden to drive our vehicle to the following countries: Russia, Belorussia, Albania, Turkey, and territory of Kosovo. Insurance is not valid.
It is forbidden to drive a car under the influence of alcohol, medical drugs and narcotics. In this cases, damage, theft or loss is not covered by any insurance and the full amount of damage, theft or loss, will be charged to client, regardless the insurance purchase you made.
Only the person or persons (maximum 2 additional drivers authorized by Autorent at rental pick up) can drive the rented vehicle. In case when unauthorized person was driving a car, damage, theft or loss is not covered by any insurance and full damage, theft or loss amount, will be charged to client.
