Terms and Conditions of
Loyalty Program AUTORENT A CLUB

  1. Autorent d.o.o. is the initiator of the loyalty program A CLUB (hereinafter Autorent) and the creator of the personal and company card (hereinafter referred to as the Card) for all users, members registered on the Autorent site www.autorentdoo.com (hereinafter the Site). Autorent reserves the right to withdraw the Cards from circulation at any time and without prior notice and to change or completely cancel the elements of the A CLUB program.
  2. The Cardholder can be any person over 21 years of age or a legal entity, from Serbia and around the world, who during registration on the Site makes available mandatory information and accepts the terms of the loyalty program and membership.
  3. User data specified during registration on the Site will be used exclusively for the purpose of issuing the Card and records of realized leases and activities of users, in order to gain benefits. Personal data on users The cards will not be exchanged with other users, in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection.
  4. The card is issued for the record of realized leases and activities of the user, for the purpose of acquiring benefits from the card issuer, Autorent d.o.o
  5. The user prints the card himself or downloads it in pdf format for his mobile phone. The user may not give the card to other persons for use. The card cannot be used as a means of payment but only as the identification of the user, a member of A CLUB.
  6. The method of user registration as well as the conditions for obtaining and using the benefits are described on the Site.
  7. Discounts as a convenience, cannot be combined. Only one discount per car rental can be used.
  8. The identification number of the card and the user is at the same time the promo code (hereinafter Promo Code) which the user enters when booking a vehicle on the Site, and based on when he receives a discount only on the daily rental price, when picking up the vehicle at the selected branch Autorent d.o.o.
  9. Legal entities, users of the Card, appoint exclusively persons employed by that legal entity, for the users of the Card in the name and on behalf of that legal entity, which rents vehicles.
  10. The Author may, at his own discretion and without prior notice, exclude any user from the Card program. The author is obliged to inform the user about the exclusion but is not obliged to explain his decision to the user.
  11. The Author will notify the user of any changes to these program rules in an appropriate manner. The current rules are available on the website.
